Free Private Audio Experience for Women Who Are Done With Diet Culture

You don't have to know what's next. Just that it can't be more of this.

If you’re exhausted from thinking about food all the time, blaming yourself for “failing,” and starting over every Monday… this was made for you.

This is not another diet plan, mindset hack, or wellness checklist.

It’s a thoughtful, emotionally honest audio experience designed to help you understand why this cycle feels so exhausting and how to help your body instead of fighting it.

No spam. No pressure. Just thoughtful education and support designed to help you feel understood — not judged.

Inside this private audio experience,
we’ll explore:

  • Why dieting often creates the exact cycle women blame themselves for
  • The neuroscience behind restriction, food obsession, and shame
  • Why “trying harder” rarely creates peace around food
  • The hidden emotional impact of lifelong body monitoring
  • Why the answer may not be more willpower, another plan, or shrinking yourself
  • A new framework built around psychology, body liberation, and intuitive eating
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself differently.

By the end of this audio experience,
you’ll understand:

Your body was never broken. Food obsession, restriction, binge cycles, and “lack of control” are not personal failures — they are predictable psychological and neurological responses to deprivation.
Diet culture is a system you were taught, not a truth about your worth or your body.
The path forward doesn't look like more willpower, another plan, or fixing yourself. It looks like an entirely different framework altogether.

About Stephanie Smith, PSY.D.

Some of my earliest memories are of hating my body.

I started out dieting to take care of my health so I could live a better life.
No one told me how much of my life I'd have to give up to do it.

I spent years swinging between restrictive diets, binge eating, forced workouts, and hating my body. I was ashamed of any appetite I had. I was preaching self-love while systematically diminishing myself.
Eventually, I found recovery not in one single place, but through an integration of psychology, medicine, intuitive eating, research, body liberation, and lived experience. This approach finally gave me the breathing room to find space for myself in my own life.

You can honor your appetite AND your health all at the same time.

Body Culture Revolution was created from the belief that women were never meant to heal this alone.
Because if doing it alone or from a single perspective was going to work… it would have worked by now.

Community is both the reason, and the way.
