Body Culture Reset

A 3-week live workshop for women exhausted by chronic dieting and ready for a different approach to food and body image.

Each week, you'll join a live session with Stephanie Smith, Psy.D., a licensed psychologist, in conversation with a leading expert covering the psychological, cultural, and nutritional roots of your relationship with food and your body:

  • Lisa Erlanger, MD — weight-inclusive physician, on what the research actually says about weight, health, and medical care

  • Chrissy King — body liberation author and educator, on reclaiming your relationship with your body

  • Evelyn Tribole, RD — registered dietitian and co-creator of Intuitive Eating, on what food freedom looks like in practice

Between sessions, simple guided practices help the work take hold. This is a three-week container — held by a psychologist, guided by experts, and shared with a community of women who understand exactly where you are.
