TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Body Culture Revolution ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, programs, digital products, live events, community spaces, and all associated content delivered through the Kajabi platform.

By accessing any of our free or paid offerings, including downloading a free audio resource, subscribing to our email list, enrolling in our live Q&A and community program, or purchasing our multi-expert course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.

 

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Body Culture Revolution offers a multi-stage educational program that may include:

• Free downloadable audio resources accompanied by journaling prompts
• Email communication sequences with educational content
• A live, time-limited expert Q&A and online community program (currently offered as a 3-week cohort)
• A comprehensive multi-expert online course blending content on intuitive eating, psychology, body liberation, and weight-inclusive/Health at Every Size health care principles
• Various opportunities for live online community and group

All services are delivered through the Kajabi platform. Access to certain features may require account creation and/or payment. Program formats, schedules, pricing, and content are subject to change at our discretion.

 

3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE — NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

3.1 Informational Content Only

All content provided by Body Culture Revolution — including but not limited to audio recordings, journal prompts, email sequences, course materials, expert presentations, live Q&A sessions, and community discussions — is provided SOLELY for general educational and informational purposes.

Our content is not intended to, and does not:

• Constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• Constitute mental health advice, therapy, counseling, or psychiatric treatment
• Establish a doctor-patient or therapist-client relationship between you and any expert presenter, instructor, or Company representative
• Replace or substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by your own qualified health professionals
• Address your specific individual health circumstances

 

3.2 Expert Presenters

Our programs feature expert presenters who may hold professional licenses or credentials in their respective fields. Their participation in our educational programming does not create a professional services relationship — including any therapeutic, clinical, or medical relationship — with participants. Information they share is presented in an educational capacity only.

 

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own health-related decisions. Before making any changes to your diet, exercise habits, medical treatment, or mental health care approach based on content encountered through our programs, consult with your qualified health care provider. This is especially important if you have an existing medical condition, disordered eating history, mental health diagnosis, or are under the care of a licensed provider.

 

4. ELIGIBILITY

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to minors. If we become aware that a minor has enrolled in a paid program, we reserve the right to cancel that enrollment and issue a refund.

 

5. ACCOUNTS AND REGISTRATION

To access certain content and features, you may be required to create an account on the Kajabi platform. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the community.

 

6. PAYMENT, REFUNDS, AND PROGRAM ACCESS

6.1 Fees and Payment

Pricing for paid programs is displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge your designated payment method for the applicable fees.

 

6.2 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility varies by program. Specific refund terms will be clearly communicated on the sales or checkout page for each offering. Unless otherwise stated:

• Digital products and downloadable resources are non-refundable once accessed
• Live program enrollments may be subject to a limited refund window as specified at purchase
• Course enrollments are generally non-refundable after the stated refund period

6.3 Program Access

Upon enrollment, you will receive access to the applicable program content for the period specified at purchase. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue program content with reasonable notice.

 

7. COMMUNITY STANDARDS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Participation in our community spaces, live Q&A sessions, and any interactive features is a privilege, not a right. You agree to engage in a manner consistent with our values of body liberation, weight inclusivity, respect, and psychological safety. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Share, promote, or engage in diet culture content, intentional weight loss messaging, or content that pathologizes body size
• Provide medical, nutritional, or mental health advice to other participants
• Post content that is harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or harmful to other community members
• Disclose personal health information about other participants without consent
• Share or distribute course materials, recordings, or proprietary content outside the platform
• Engage in spam, advertising, or promotion of third-party products or services without prior written permission

We reserve the right to remove content, warn users, or revoke access to community spaces and programs for violations of these standards, without refund.

 

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through Body Culture Revolution — including course materials, audio recordings, written content, journal prompts, email sequences, graphics, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Body Culture Revolution or its licensed contributors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display course content
• Share login credentials or access with others
• Record live sessions without express written permission
• Use any course content to create competing products or services

9. TESTIMONIALS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Any testimonials, success stories, or results shared in our marketing materials or program content reflect individual experiences. Outcomes vary significantly based on individual circumstances. Body Culture Revolution makes no guarantees regarding specific results from participation in any program.

Given the educational — rather than treatment-oriented — nature of our content, we do not promise or imply any specific health outcomes, improvements to eating behaviors, mental health benefits, or changes in body composition.

 

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BODY CULTURE REVOLUTION DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any content for your specific circumstances.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BODY CULTURE REVOLUTION AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, EXPERT PRESENTERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Body Culture Revolution and its owners, team members, contractors, and expert presenters from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any health-related decisions you make based on content encountered through our programs.

 

13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND LINKS

Our services operate through the Kajabi platform and may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Body Culture Revolution is not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

 

14. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

 

15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in California in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

 

16. SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Body Culture Revolution with respect to your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
